We are more than a cleaning company. We are a promise — that every space we touch will feel like it belongs to a queen.
What we stand for
These are not just words on a page. They are the standards we hold ourselves to on every single job.
We treat every space as if it belongs to royalty. No corner is forgotten, no surface is rushed.
We show up when we say we will. Every time. Your schedule matters and we respect it fully.
We use products that are safe for your family, your pets, and the environment — without compromising on results.
We care about the people behind every space. Our clients are not transactions — they are relationships.
Not completely happy? We come back and fix it. No arguments, no excuses. Your satisfaction is everything.
We are proudly South African, serving Cape Town and Durban — and reinvesting in the communities we work in.
How we got here
Princess Housekeeping was founded with nothing more than a passion for clean spaces, a strong work ethic, and the belief that South Africans deserve better home care services.
Word spread fast. Clients referred us to their friends, family and colleagues. We expanded to BnB turnovers, offices, and after-construction cleans — all from genuine referrals.
We expanded operations across two of South Africa's most beautiful cities, bringing our royal standard of cleaning to even more homes, businesses and hospitality spaces.
With over 500 cleans completed, a 5-star reputation, and a team that takes genuine pride in their work — the Princess Housekeeping story is just getting started.
Join hundreds of happy clients across Cape Town and Durban who trust Princess Housekeeping to keep their spaces sparkling.
