Every team member carries a verified ID badge at all times. You can request to see ID before any clean begins. No ID shown — no entry.
Our team checks in via WhatsApp to a trusted contact on every job arrival and departure. If no check-out is received, a welfare check is triggered immediately.
We photograph the space on arrival and on completion. This protects you from false damage claims and protects our team from false accusations.
Every booking is logged with your name, address and contact number. Records are kept securely. No anonymous jobs accepted — ever.
Our team reserves the right to decline or leave any job where they feel unsafe. Clients who are aggressive or inappropriate are blacklisted immediately.
A trusted emergency contact holds our team's full schedule at all times. In any incident, they can provide job location and client details to authorities.
